A delegation from the Pakistan Youth Parliament, led by its founding President, Muhammad Abubakar, made a significant visit to the Sindh Governor House, where they were warmly received by Governor Kamran Khan Tessori. The delegation included young representatives from various regions across the country, with a particular focus on participants from different parts of Sindh.
During their visit, the delegation was given an extensive tour of the Governor House, including a viewing of the room used by Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah and his rare collection of books. The visit also served as an opportunity for meaningful discussions on various critical issues affecting the youth. Key topics included drug awareness campaigns, the introduction of a Community Engagement Credit Hours Program in universities across Sindh, and the establishment of a Youth Advisory Committee. Additionally, the conversation delved into the rising trend of depression among youth and the pivotal role that young people play in Pakistan’s development

Governor Kamran Khan Tessori expressed his deep appreciation for the Pakistan Youth Parliament’s ongoing efforts to empower the youth of the nation. He emphasized that the youth are the future of the country and stressed the urgent need to cultivate and support young leadership. The Governor highlighted that this is a crucial time to invest all available resources in the development of the youth and to create the best possible opportunities for them.




At the conclusion of the visit, Governor Tessori presented gifts to the Pakistan Youth Parliament delegation. In a symbolic exchange, Muhammad Abubakar presented the Governor with a special Independence Shield, while the Governor reciprocated by awarding an Honorary Shield to Muhammad Abubakar.
