Pakistan Youth Parliament Delegation Visits Anti-Narcotics Force Regional Directorate
Peshawar: A 25-member delegation of Pakistan Youth Parliament visited the Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) Regional Directorate in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The delegation met with Force Commander Brigadier Muzahar Hussain, who briefed them on the rising trend of drug abuse among youth in the province and ANF’s efforts to combat it.
Brigadier Muzahar Hussain emphasized that youth are the nation’s asset and require collective efforts to protect them from the scourge of drugs. He acknowledged that the war against drugs is a challenging task, but ANF is committed to achieving its goals. The delegation praised ANF’s efforts and reaffirmed their commitment to work together to address this issue.
The delegation comprised young individuals from various districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, determined to raise awareness about drug abuse in their communities. A question-and-answer session was also held to discuss various aspects of drug eradication and youth protection.
At the conclusion of the visit, Brigadier Muzahar Hussain presented souvenirs to the Pakistan Youth Parliament delegation, who also presented a souvenir to the Force Commander.
